Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bumblebee, the AI executive assistant available at askbumblebee.com (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bumblebee is an AI assistant that helps you organize your work, prepare briefs, track commitments, and follow up on tasks. Parts of the Service are under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in to Bumblebee with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content and data you connect to or create in Bumblebee. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI output

Bumblebee uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggestions, and drafts. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or acting on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bumblebee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumblebee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
